APROCHIM-GETESARP-RYMOIL, S.A. (AGR) is firmly committed to regulatory compliance and has a strong ethical culture and good corporate governance focused on preventing and condemning anomalous conduct that does not comply with applicable regulations.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

To this end, AGR has formalized the ETHICS CHANNEL as a tool that allows for the confidential communication of complaints or irregularities relating to actions or omissions that may constitute infringements in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers and Law 2\/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.<\/p>

The Ethics Channel is for reporting regulatory non-compliance and correcting any detected violations. It is not a mailbox for requests, complaints, suggestions, etc., unrelated to regulatory compliance.<\/p>

The handling of all complaints submitted through the Ethics Hotline will be governed by the principles of confidentiality, protection of personal data, information security, prohibition of retaliation for good-faith complaints, and the presumption of innocence of the accused, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Management Protocol of the Ethics Hotline.
