AGR society was founded in 1995 with the joint of three leaders in the PCB waste treatment: APROCHIM (from France), GETESARP (from France) and RYMOIL (from Spain). Then GETESARP, member of the VIVENDI Group, sells its shares to FCC Ámbito, which is the current partner.
The partner’s participation is currently as follows:
• RYMOIL 49,5%
• APROCHIM 27%
• FCC Ámbito 23,5%
The facilities are located in the Polígono de Logrezana, Carreño, Asturias, Spain in a plot of 8500 square meters and a pending enlargement of 5000 square meters large.
AGR is the first company and the greater capacity in Spain in treatment and decontamination of equipment and transformers with PCB and the second one in Europe in decontamination of oil with PCB by Metallic Sodium, for it reuse.
