APROCHIM-GETESARP-RYMOIL, S.A. (AGR) is firmly committed to regulatory compliance and has a strong ethical culture and good corporate governance focused on preventing and condemning anomalous conduct that does not comply with applicable regulations.
To this end, AGR has formalized the ETHICS CHANNEL as a tool that allows for the confidential communication of complaints or irregularities relating to actions or omissions that may constitute infringements in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers and Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
The Ethics Channel is for reporting regulatory non-compliance and correcting any detected violations. It is not a mailbox for requests, complaints, suggestions, etc., unrelated to regulatory compliance.
The handling of all complaints submitted through the Ethics Hotline will be governed by the principles of confidentiality, protection of personal data, information security, prohibition of retaliation for good-faith complaints, and the presumption of innocence of the accused, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Management Protocol of the Ethics Hotline.
